Spicy Sauce Featured Recipe


Spicy Pork Skewers
Original recipe makes 8 servings.

Prep: 10 minutes
Cook: 10 minutes
Ready in: 40 minutes

Ingredients
4 lbs boneless pork ribs, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 bottle Fat Daddy's Spicy Sauce
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoon ground ginger
1/4 cup olive oil or sesame oil
1/3 cup brown sugar

Directions
1. In a large bowl combine Fat Daddy's Spicy Sauce, soy sauce, ginger, oil, and brown sugar. Whisk to form a marinade. Add the cubed pork to marinade and let sit for 20 minutes to 1 hour.
2. Heat an indoor grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat.
3. Thread the marinated cubes of pork on skewers, about 4 to 5 pieces per skewer. Transfer the skewers to the grill and cook, uncovered, turning to brown evenly every 2 to 3 minutes until tender, about 10 minutes.
4. Serve and enjoy!

Raspberry Sauce Featured Recipes


Raspberry Cream Cheese Dip
Original hors d'oeuvre recipe makes 16 servings.

Prep: 20 minutes
Ready in: 3 hours 20 minutes

Ingredients
2 teaspoons butter, or as needed
1 package Philadelphia original Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup chopped pecans
2/3 cup mayonnaise
6 green onions, chopped
1 pinch cayenne pepper, or to taste
1 jar of Fat Daddy's Raspberry Sauce


Directions
1. Heat butter in a skillet over medium-low heat; cook and stir pecans in melted butter until toasted and fragrant, 3 to 5 minutes.
2. Mix pecans, cream cheese, mayonnaise, green onions, and cayenne pepper together in a bowl. Press mixture into a tart pan or other form pan lined with plastic wrap. Chill in refrigerator for flavors to blend, at least 2 hours.
3. Spread Fat Daddy's Raspberry sauce  over the cheese mixture form and allow to sit at room temperature before serving, about 30 minutes to 1 hour.
4. Serve with crackers or torn up pieces of sour dough bread and enjoy!

Island Paradise Sauce Featured Recipe


Island Fun Crockpot Meatballs
Original recipe makes 16 meatballs.

Prep: 20 minutes
Cook: 8 hours
Ready in: 8 hours 20 minutes

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 1/4 cups Italian bread crumbs
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium yellow onion, chopped
1 egg, beaten
1 jar of Fat Daddy's Island Paradise Sauce
1 can crushed tomatoes (16 ounces)
1 can tomato puree (14 ounces)

Directions
1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, bread crumbs, garlic, onion, and egg. Shape mixture into 16 meatballs.
2. In a slow cooker, mix Fat Daddy's Island Paradise Sauce, crushed tomatoes, and tomato puree. Place the meatballs into the sauce mixture. Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours.
3. Serve and enjoy!

Mesquite Sauce Featured Recipe


Grilled Chicken Ranch Wraps
Original recipe makes 8 servings.

Prep: 10 minutes
Cook: 15 minutes
Ready in: 30 minutes

Ingredients
8 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
8 (10 inch) flour tortillas (warmed)
2 cups shredded lettuce
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 cucumber, sliced to fit in tortillas
1 cup of cooked rice (optional)

Sauce Ingredients
1 cup Fat Daddy's Mesquite Sauce
1 cup ranch-style salad dressing
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of ground black pepper

Directions
1. Cut chicken breasts into strips
2. In a separate bowl, mix Fat Daddy's Mesquite Sauce, ranch dressing, salt, and pepper together. Stir until sauce is thoroughly combined. Set aside.
3. Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray or substitute preferred oil. Add chicken strips, cook over medium-high heat for 12 to 15 minutes, or until light brown and juices run clear. As an alternative, chicken breasts may be cooked on outdoor grill on medium-high heat until all pink is gone.
4. Fill each warm tortilla with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, chicken strips, and optional rice. Drizzle sauce over entire filling. Fold in both sides of tortilla. Holding in the folded sides, roll the tortilla wrap tightly from the bottom to the top, keeping ingredients firmly packed as you go. Slice each wrap in half diagonally.
5. Serve and enjoy!

Habanero Sauce Featured Recipe


Sweet Spicy Wings

*Use half Habanero and half Raspberry sauce for the best wings!

Original recipe makes 12 servings.

Prep: 15 minutes
Cook: 30 minutes
Ready in: 45 minutes

Ingredients
6 lbs chicken wings (separated at joints, tips discarded)
3/4 cup Fat Daddy's Habanero Sauce
3/4 cup Fat Daddy's Raspberry Sauce
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup honey
1 pinch garlic salt
1 pinch ground black pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper to taste (optional)

Directions
1. Preheat outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate.
2. Grill chicken wings 8 to 12 minutes on each side, or until juices run clear. (You may deep fry or bake the chicken instead if you want to, but taste is best when grilled.) Remove wings to a large roasting pan or crockpot (crockpot used to keep wings warm).
3. In a saucepan over medium heat, mix Fat Daddy's Sauces, butter, honey, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Simmer about 10 minutes, until blended and heated through. Pour the sauce over chicken wings and stir to coat thoroughly.
4. Serve and enjoy!

Honey Mustard Sauce Featured Recipe


Best Grilled Pork Chops
Original recipe makes 6 chops

Prep: 5 minutes
Cook: 10 minutes
Ready in: 2 hours 15 minutes

Ingredients
6 boneless pork loin chops
1/3 cup water
1/2 cup Fat Daddy's Honey Mustard Sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning
2 teaspoons minced onions

Directions
1. In a deep bowl, mix water, Fat Daddy's Honey Mustard Sauce, olive oil, seasoning, and minced onions. Add pork chops and marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours.
2. Preheat outdoor grill for medium high heat and lightly oil the grate.
3. Remove pork chops from marinade and shake off excess. Save the remaining marinade to apply while pork chops cook on the grill.
4. Cook the pork chops on the preheated grill until no longer pink in the center, 5 to 6 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
5. Serve and enjoy!

Original Sauce Featured Recipe


Gourmet Hamburger
Original recipe makes 6 - 8 burgers

Prep: 10 minutes
Cook: 10 minutes
Ready in: 20 minutes

Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons Fat Daddy's Original Sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2/3 Italian bread crumbs
Medium cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese, sliced

Directions
1. Preheat outdoor grill for medium high heat and lightly oil grate.
2. In a large bowl, combine beef, onion soup mix, egg, Fat Daddy's Original Sauce, pepper, and bread crumbs. Shape into 6 patties.
3. Grill patties over medium high heat for 10 to 20 minutes, or to desired doneness. Brush on Fat Daddy's Original Sauce as patties cook.
4. Add cheese slices right before removing patties from grill, giving the cheese a few seconds to warm/melt.
5. Serve and enjoy!

Hello Barbecue Sauce Fans!

Does the world need another recipe blog? Probably not. But that's not going to stop us from starting one, if for no other reason than to help spread the good word about a great sauce.

By following this tradition of quality we've created 7 amazing sauces to compliment all of your favorite foods. Sometimes we'll share original recipes that we make for our own families. And sometimes we'll feature recipes made by our fans and followers. Other times we may feature delicious foods and recipes from other great sites around the internet. We'll always try to make sure what we share inspires you to make food taste great with barbecue sauce or turn you into a Fat Daddy's convert, if you aren't already one.
